Asozuen is built right on the shore of Lake Togo. Every room has a view. Guests are offered a choice of Western or Japanese-style rooms, well equipped. There are separate men's and women's bathing facilities. The four modern indoor bathing pools each has a superb view of the lake. The rotenburo, or outside baths, sit in a bathhouse on a pier that stretches out over the lake. The water is classified as simple thermal, with calcium sulfate and sodium chloride, and is good for rheumatism, arthritis, asthma and insomnia.
