"Bernd's Beer Academy" is one of the few genuine German pubs in Tokyo. It has two excellent German beers--Bitburger and Erdinger--on tap, plus a slew of others in bottles. It also has a fairly good supply of wine and other German alcohol delights. The kitchen serves up very good German food, including Eisbein, Wiener Schnitzel and Bauern Omelet. You can take a seat at the table and gaze out on to Roppongi as you dine or stand at the bar and mix in with the regulars, many of whom are German expatriates.
