Located in the basement, this restaurant seems yet to be discovered by Tokyo's expats. It does serve up a menu that many homesick Americans would die for, at very reasonable prices. With everything from catfish to Boston Clam chowder, you'd expect the result of such variety to be mediocre. This is happily not the case. Recommended are the generous pita plates served with lamb kebabs, or try the fish and chips. Both are available for Y980. Pitchers of Miller are a steal at Y1200.
