This restaurant is one of Shimokitazawa's most beloved okonamiyaki houses. Popular with students and shakaijin (working folk) alike, it is the place to guzzle beer and fill your stomach with that favorite Japanese party food. Sit around the grill and fry yourself some great okonamiyaki or yakisoba (fried noodles) laden with sprouts, katsuobushi (fish flakes), meat, fish and ginger. If you need to clean your palate after all that, the Korean salad should do the trick. Prices range from JPY1,500 upward, drinks not included.
