If there is one great guilty pleasure in either Belgium or France, it is clams cooked in wine sauce and served with a huge pile of french fries and Dijon mustard. Brussels will make you feel like you are there again, especially after you have downed some of their cold Belgian beer. It is a great place to celebrate with friends at their long counter, or to come with a date for a night on the town.
