Cafe Harper's Bar is conveniently located just around the corner from Hiroo subway station, so it is the ideal place to take a rest if you have been shopping in the National Azabu supermarket. The food, which is very reasonably priced, is a combination of Japanese, Chinese and Western cuisine. Pizzas and Spaghetti, for example, cost between JPY580 and JPY980. Kirin and Guinness are available on draft and there are quite a few imported bottle beers available. These include Corona, Samuel Adams, Becks, Bass and Hoegaarden. For the heavy drinkers, Cafe Harper's bar offers an all-you-can-drink in two hours course for JPY2,000.
