Although the name of this delightful spot means "Cafe Comic Plaza," because of its huge stock of comic books, most of the non-Japanese come for Internet access. There are 26 computers, and at just JPY380 for the first hour and JPY150 for every additional 30 minutes, this is probably the cheapest place in town to access your email or your favorite web sites. Plus it is conveniently open 24 hours a day. Rows of bookshelves hold more than 35,000 comic books. The menu includes fried chicken, hamburger and sautéed pork for JPY580. Spaghetti dishes start at JPY380, the most expensive costing just JPY480.
