The advantage of staying at this hotel is immediate access to all of the fanciful facilities of the National Children's Castle on the lower floors, including a pool, entertaining playrooms, an "exploratorium" roof garden, a gym, theatres, a music lobby and crafts classes. The hotel itself offers simply furnished rooms at affordable rates. English is not spoken, but the staff is accommodating and young children will be too enthralled by all the activities to notice much. Note the huge, fanciful sculpture in front by artist Taro Okamoto.
