Ex is a small, cramped German pub with an authentic German atmosphere. It gets really crowded and rowdy, but it is all good fun. Good place to meet people, especially members of the expat German community. The bar counter, which occupies the center of the room, has seating around its three sides. Those unlucky enough not to find a bar stool have to stand. And this is just what gives the place its realistic touch. Bitburger is available on draft and there are also a number of German bottled beers and wines on offer. The home-style food, typical of German pubs, such as shnitzel and sausages, is very good and comes in generous portions. You will not leave hungry or sober.
