The name of the shop brings to mind trays full of sausages, or fattening German pastries. That is why it comes as a surprise that the owner is sworn to providing a healthy menu. Even natto, those fermented soybeans both loved and dreaded, is included in the ingredients. It is all terrific, too! Recommended is the chicken in mustard sauce, or try one of the cakes. They will satisfy even the strictest adherent to junk food hedonism. With its cozy atmosphere, Fraulein is a great place to spend a winter afternoon.
