Aikido stresses more than any other martial art the power of the natural life force, called ki in Japanese. But that is not all it uses. Aikido has borrowed some of the best techniques from most of the Japanese fighting arts. Yet spiritual strength always takes precedence over physical brute force. Aikido practice sessions can be viewed free of charge, both at the above address and at the Budokan practice facilities. Admission: Free
