The decor of this place is beyond belief! You will expect to see the weightless flight attendant from 2001 float by at any minute! The interior is a long mauve tube, and once inside you will feel like you are spinning, so it is probably a good idea not to drink too much. They serve light and very contemporary Japanese creations, all beautifully prepared by expert staff. The chefs have all trained in France and their offerings could also be considered a type of futsuwa ryori, a conscious mix of French and Japanese cuisine, which for good reason, is becoming all the rage.
