An experimental theater with an atmosphere that vibrates, the Agora stages festivals as well as putting on the works of contemporary Japanese playwrights. From January to March, it stages the Dai-Sekimatsu Engeki-ten Festival of Contemporary Theater and Dance. And it also features the biennial January February Nikan Dance Festival, which features solo offerings from Japan and South Korea. It can be very crowded, but it is worth the experience.
