If you have come to Japan looking for Italian food, La Cantinella is the real thing real far from home. Owned and operated by Italian nationals, the restaurant recently received a citation from the Italian government for excellence in Italian food served abroad. The antipastos here are unbeatable. The fresh vegetables, particularly the tomatoes used in making the sauces will be greatly appreciated by those of us tired of canned products. The quality of this restaurant is high. Of course, so is the price.
