Known for its roast beef and steamed duck, this restaurant is reminiscent of the Le Trianon Palace in Versailles. The distinctive chandeliers and yellow draperies add French ambiance, as do the floral-motif upholstered chairs. The huge Takanawa garden can be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Dinner courses are priced from JPY7,000. Caviar at JPY13,000, consommé with truffles at JPY3,000, salmon filet at JPY3,500, Caesar salad at JPY1,600 and chateaubriand for two at JPY18,000 are among the excellent a la carte choices. A glass of wine is JPY1,000, draft beer is JPY750 and bottles of wine begin at JPY5,000.
