The latest addition to the string of Irish pubs sprouting up all over town, Mad Mulligan serves draft Guinness, Kilkenny and Old Speckled Hen along with a variety of other imported and local beers. During happy hour (5pm-8pm Monday to Wednesdays and 5pm-7pm Thursdays and Fridays), the cost of alcoholic drinks starts at JPY500.
