The entrance of this stylish Japanese restaurant is styled like a zen garden, revealing the meticulous efforts of the staff. The chef who wants "everything on his menu to be highly recommended" changes the menu every month with new dishes, but the style remains creative Kaiseki (Japanese haute cuisine). Some of their creations include the very Japanese unagi (eel) served in baked egg, or the more western style scallop gratin. All of it is served with the trademark delicacy of Japanese presentation. They also have a wonderful selection of sake for you to choose from.
