If you are a fan of yakiniku (Korean barbecue) and would like to try something a little more refined, then Maritan should be your first stop. This restaurant serves some unusual and delicate flavors. They serve not only beef yakiniku, but also entrails sliced into delicate sashimi-style portions, which are wonderful when put on the grill. The tare (sauce) is homemade and has a distinct tang to its flavor. The atmosphere is simple, modern Japanese, decorated with colorful ikebana arrangements.
