Located in the basement, below the Thai "Tom Yum" and the Chinese "Dragon," Miss Saigon is fortunately doing more than competing for its niche in the market of cliché restaurant names. Miss Saigon provides hard-to-find Vietnamese food in a bright and relaxing atmosphere. You can order old favorites like spring rolls, or try something new with Vietnamese shabu shabu, lamb strips and vegetables you boil in a Mongolian pot at your table. Served with Vietnamese beer, a meal at Miss Saigon can be quite a satisfying and different experience for those glutted with gyoza and sushi.
