If a champagne brunch of smoked salmon and kipper panini is not enough to convince you to drop by Ms. Claudia on a Sunday afternoon, then probably nothing will. This restaurant is a brunch favorite for work-haggled Japanese and Shimokitazawa hipsters. It should be of interest to American expatriates as well, for not only does it have brunch, but it also serves turkey--a hard-to-find meat commodity even in cosmopolitan Tokyo. For less than JPY2,000 you can order a brunch set, complete with champagne, hors d'oeuvres, dessert and a rich cup of coffee.
