This cafe is located on the top floor of an old mansion although not the Wayne Manor kind! Mansion in Japan means apartment building. This doesn't however affect the retro mood of this café, which definitely sets the tone, as will the prices. A glass of wine will only set you back about 450 yen. Other dishes like their wonderful over baked mashed potatoes and steak are also only 900 yen. This is definitely the place to go if you're looking for something hip, cheap and delicious. Note. Mon to Sat. there is no fixed closing time.
