Located on the first floor of Kintetsu Department Store, this cafe does a great imitation of a French cafe. With its outdoor tables and the indoor feel of an upscale brasserie, minus the pinball of course, Papas Cafe is a great place to bring that book you have been waiting to read. It is even near the library in case you have forgotten one. Come for lunch, come with a book and idle away your time.
