This is a swanky Ginza establishment which offers a great view of the price tag town's neon panorama from it's 9th floor vantage point. If it seems a bit film noir, it's because the interior of this bar was created by a set designer noted for his work on the film The Year of the Dragon. That movie may have been forgetable but the atmosphere, and the view from this bar are not. Women get a five hundred yen cut in admission price. A great place to swig a martini.
