The owners of this eatery wanted to create a restaurant with a fun atmosphere. Run by two women, Miho and Rie, who serve some great food and drink, the restaurant has succeeded wonderfully. The dishes are presented in colorful arrangements; try the clam chowder with open-faced clams, or the spunky ratatouille made with fresh and vibrantly colored vegetables. The cocktails are original and multi-hued as well. Take the sky-blue Pura Plata for a spin and watch how fast the smile appears on your face. As in most Shimokitazawa restaurants, prices here are reasonable.
