Who can resist the lure of a romantic dinner by starlight? It is not really outdoors, but you can dine under a domed skylight in this elegant Shibuya eatery. The interior here was created with the Roman god Neptune in mind. The food is French with a touch of both Japanese kaiseki and contemporary fusion food. Lunch courses begin at JPYY3,800, or JPYY,5000 for two people. Dinner courses start at about JPY5,000. Ask about the ladies' dinner course for JPY4,500.
