This place specialize in tofu, and if you've always thought of tofu as a bland excuse for protein, this place will turn you around. No one does it better than Japan, and you'll be surprised at how subtle it is. The name sarumaru could be referring to that "zarudofu", one of Japan's highest quality forms of tofu which literally melts in your mouth. This is a great place to try new things, and have a drink or two while you're at it.
