The Seasoner is the newest member of the Cardenas Group of restaurants and is located in the Dentsu high-rise. Taking fusion cuisine to a new level, The Seasoner combines Californian cuisine with traditional Japanese seasonal food to create colourful combinations like Risottos and Teriyaki Spare Ribs. Terrace seating in the Shiodome complex provides a view of the Caretta Canyon Terrace. The East-West fusion menu also includes Pork spare ribs served Seasoner-style.
