This Chinese restaurant specializes in Cantonese cooking. Its shumai dumplings are its pride and joy, and people come from far and wide to plop these little beauties in their mouths. The most popular are their pork dumplings, which unlike most variations, are surprisingly unsweet. For JPY3,500 you can enjoy a variety of dishes, dumplings included. The decor is elegant, bringing to mind San Francisco's Embarcadero. They also have a panoramic view of the lights of Ginza.
