The name may be simple, but it is probably in reference to the warm, relaxed atmosphere of this small restaurant with a great view of Kichijoji's main boulevard. The food is wonderful, from the pumpkin salad to the sashimi. More Western-style alternatives such as mixed pizza are also available for those who are not up for Japanese. With only a small counter and four or five tables, this place can be difficult to get into on Friday and Saturday nights. Even on weekdays, you should call in advance, as it is sometimes reserved for catered parties.
