Located on the third floor of the Yubun Building, this is a nice place for unwinding after work or hanging out on weekends. The clientele is mostly foreign and generally made up of rather musical and poetic types. The bar stays open until very early in the morning on weekends, so you can easily catch the first train home. The decor is modern with low lighting and patio-type chairs around small round tables. During happy hour (7-9pm), all drinks cost just JPY300 (normal price: JPY500). Sugar High certainly offers one of the best drinking deals in Shibuya.
