From the outside, this restaurant, with its soft earth tones and name written in hiragana, looks very Japanese. That is why it comes as a surprise to find out that the cook is from France. This is, in fact, a place where a French cook has a great time cooking a la Japonaise. With its open kitchen and interior, which leans towards a more Japanese atmosphere, this is a wonderful place to taste a whole new world of Japanese cuisine.
