This restaurant which specializes in Japanese style noodles, has been open for over four years. Making their noodles from home ground flour, the chefs at this restaurant create their own dishes, including noodles topped with sweet bean paste or Khaki Udon (thick Japanese noodles served in a broth with oysters). The chef who has been in the restaurant business says "he wants to create dishes that won't give the pros a chance to laugh." The atmosphere of the restaurant is Japanese style, the kind of place where you can sit back with a cup of hot sake and enjoy.
