The Hamburger Inn claims to be the site of the first hamburger made in Japan, and this may or may not be true. It doesn't matter anymore. What does matter, is that it is still serving pretty good burgers, along with hot dogs and other delights. In addition, it offers a good lunch deal. From 11:30am-3pm, lunch is available from JPY500-JPY900. There is a bonus for those who take the lunch service--for JPY10 extra, you can have a hand-made dessert. Take out service available for most dishes.
