This is a large, beautiful new multi-purpose hall that stages an array of events from concerts through gymnastic displays to conferences. As a music venue, it comfortably seats 6,000 for both rock and pop concerts. The only problem with this venue is that it is so far from the city center (15 minutes by express from Tokyo Station and then 20 minutes on foot from Maihama station) that only those who are desperate to see the act will make an effort to get there.
