Once a small drinking spot for businessmen, this restaurant has spouted out two annexes due to its famous chicken wings. The original shop and a much larger annex are just off to the right of Kichijoji Station's Inokashira Park exit. The 3rd annex, at the entrance of Inokashira Park, is recommended for its garden. Toriyoshi has a very laid-back atmosphere, perfect for either parties or dates. The location and the prices keep it popular with working people and students. Note: this restaurant only takes reservations of four people or more.
