The owner of this casual restaurant/bar lived in the Big Apple and decided to pack up the tastes of the city on his return to Japan. There are well over 70 drinks available on the list, and if you can't find the one you want, like a true New York bartender, they'll be willing to take your request. Try their daikon mochi (a must-taste in Japan), pounded rice mixed with radish and other spices, grilled and served with sauce. They also have a wonderful maguro (tuna) tartar, topped with a raw egg and green onions.
